besides the analyst tp 1.4 had long attained, surely quarterly cycle kicks in to take profit. I tried to tell you but u already bought it convincingly.

Only 66 up, 768 down. If afternoon no bounce, not looking good.

maybe due to ringgit strengthening, the foreign institution halt buying spree.

ABOVE 1.3 can take profit earlier, and rotate another stock, but then if u want to keep then this is just temporary entrancement. Next swing take profit 1.43 lor...

ramjade these are the counters that moves >50% in price vs their dividend yield since last quarter report announce, most of them don't even pay dividend.

Last 4Q EPS: 16.64
ROE: 10.4%
Price/NTA: 0.7
Div Policy: 50%

no offense but only auntie would believe maybank analyst report. PE can get from broker feed or i3 as you pointed out.

besides, their last year report is before the QR released! ofcause need to revised factoring in the new earning growth.

the analyst is lazy to update cause probably they've sold before this year QR not knowing the surprise good earning.

depends what you want, slowly collect dividend treat it like an FD, or go for capital gain which is much more significant and worth the time to analyse.

know clearly where to cut when go wrong, let profit run and know where to exit when the time comes.
