I read the story, they bribe rolls royce to charge the private jet ( belong privately to Tony) maintenance to Air Asia Co to the tune of 3.2 Mil USD.

While it might not make it close shop, but it shows the CEO is stealing from the company...if proven. Not very good rep for Air asia or Tony.
