This kind of hoax has been around since dono how many years ago. Bfor this another version is tht the ladies fainted, not die. Unless u get some official statement from the police force, please don blive the hoax.
Logically, is there any compound tht can kill u by just inhaling in a small amount? Fainted maybe.

Human Resource Department Fake. 1) why is this coming from somebody in HR? 2) "They will not announce it on the news because they do not want to create panic" is stupid. Our politicians might be stupid, but even if this was their first reaction, it wouldn't last 5 minutes. Because somebody will soon point out to them "if you don't announce it, and several hundred MORE people dies over the next few days, what do you think they're going to do to you?". 3) free diapers in the mail ?  4) snopes is the first place you should go to when evaluating rumours such as this. http://www.snopes.com/rumors/perfume.asp |

Botulinum. Estimated LD50 (inhaled) for an 80kg human is only one quarter of one microgram. There's also vx, sarin, the thing that killed Livitnenko, etc.
