Hey guys,

I was thinking it'll be a good idea to do a compilation of online shopping places to buy Nintendo games. Do post up sites that you use, unless you already see it in the list. Maybe I'll also do up a quick one line review of each site as well.

But first, a hat off and a bow to the venerable Lik Sang who has been crushed by Sony's legal people.... *rest in peace* You were a great site for importers all over the world...

For now:

www.tronixweb.com - Yet to see a better site than this. FEDEX shipping for 3 DS games is about USD14. Sometimes has price reductions.
www.playasia.com - Great place for Japanese games, it'll also stock popular US titles.
www.dvdboxoffice.com - Based in Canada. Often has reduced price games. Free shipping worldwide.
(bidfordun) www.yesasia.com - Deals mainly with Japanese imports.
(bidfordun) www.superufo.com
(bidfordun) www.ebay.com - The most popular auction site in the world I think.
(Suet) www.lowyat.net - But of course!

Sites that Malaysians can't buy from without a US credit card:
www.ebgames.com

Sony must be losing it suing their own reseller.

The issue is that LikSang is not an authorised reseller.
And Sony feels that having Japanese PS3s in the UK market will dilute demand for the UK PS3s...

www.ncsx.com - quite expensive, average shipping time (first time 1 month, but latest order oni took 2 weeks). Oni bought from them twice, but my experience with them has so far been positive (2004 - Japanese Hamutaro GBC game, few weeks ago - Strawberry Shortcake DS game)

Be thankful.
My parents never happy with my results. Even when I got a D(distinction) which is the highest grade, they expect a HD(higher distinction) which never exist in my college grading system.

Back to topic:
http://www.buygame2.com/eng/ is not bad too. No free shipping but most of their games are still few dollars cheaper than playasia after adding fee for normal shipping method.
And the best part is they take special orders for a list of official Japan stores:
Playstation
Toysrus
SEGA Direct
Konami Style
e-Capcom
PlayOnline
Soft Map

Lik-Sang got into problem coz they shipped JPN PSP (Not PS3) to UK customer.
SONY sue the hell out of them, whack them till kingdom come,
so they were closed, for good...

Used to buy from Lik-Sang, miss them coz they have pretty good deal.
