I went to Bluecube in Midvalley and asked the Rm20 rebate is forever or not.
TWO reps there said its only valid for one year. After one year, have to pay Rm68 again.

I'm like WTF.

Then I called CS and they confirmed with me that if u apply for the plan during promotion period, will only pay RM48 LIFETIME.

What is happening seriously.

Btw guys, what about the 2gb+1gb extra promotion?

Is that valid forever too if I use this plan?

You can check celcom website, it already stated "as long as customer stay active with first one plan"

the real price is just RM48. They made this RM20 limited time haha is just all marketing ploy nia la. in short, they wont increase to RM68.

and this 2gb + 1gb limited time thingy another marketing ploy lagi. they confim wont downgrade u to 2gb in future 1 la. another 1,2 year. 3gb is like nothing already. get me ma kawan?

hard to say. my data usage is barely scratching 500mb if I dont stream videos so the extra 2.5gb will be more like extra extra. I used to be on Hotlink prepaid. Paid like Rm30 but I feel not worth cuz sometimes I have to topup by middle of month.

If you don't really use that much of data, you can go for Tunetalk(uses Celcom's network as well). When you topup RM30 you'll get 1gb data for free and you can use the remaining RM30 to make calls/sms
