Ya man. I absolutely love the B&D jigsaw. The speed controller allows me to do super duper fine work coz I can slow it right down. In fact when I cut acrylic on the slowest speed now, can hardly hear the saw. thumbup.gif

Sparks? No lar, where got? laugh.gif Acrylic oso doesn't melt. The jig is my favorite tool, I only use the dremel in situations where a jig cant sit squarely on the surface for cutting coz the dremel is just so so so so sloooooooooow n the dust from the cutting wheels is disgusting. Also need to use the dremel when the need arises for a super fine cut. Otherwise I jig all the way.

Well done for the mirror finish, but the background image from that mirror is blurry, the reflective image not sharp. Means still not perfect. You can notice this from the window grill but anyway welldone.. tongue.gif

doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif I don't think u know what mirror shine paint means. That's as perfect as it gets. That red panel in the picture is smoother, shinier, more reflective, more glossy than the original Ferrari red paint on my Ferrari laptop. Even u go take a look at a real Ferrari car also u will c the same kinda reflection on it coz no paint is totally smooth like mirror. U can also take a look at the Brabus Mercedes which is gloss black n u'll c the same kinda reflection.

On acrylic then yes it will be perfect coz the front surface is a perfectly smooth. For that u can refer to the Black ICE or Sidewinder logs.
