Which ivalue plan you are contracted with ?
I have my ivalue plan 1 (RM100) downgraded few months back.
Now I have 5GB instead of 2GB with free calls.

If you dont ask for downgrade, Maxis will just keep quiet.

How can ivalue plan got no data upgrade when Surfmore plan and Maxis Go plan got data upgrade?

just change to mop 98, more worth.

You can go ask Maxis why. Btw, I am not sure why u still want to stay with ivalue when you can easily upgrade or downgrade to MOP.
You can enjoy better perks with MOP.

Good ... for those who are not aware that they can downgrade to MOP then have to live with the lesser data allocation.
Btw, Maxis is not that competitive compared to other telcos.
