Hardware Is this PSU enough for my pc?

Good morning y'all. Ive been using this cheap 450w psu that comes with the casing for 3 years. Fortunately,it dont burn the house down yet.Ive been looking for PSU replacement. Is FSP Hexa+ 400w I found in lelong.my will be enough for my pc?This is my current setup:
Intel Pentium G2030 3.0 ghz
Galaxy GT640 2gb
2xKVR16N11/4 kingston 4gb
Gigabyte B75M-D3V
Im running on a tight budget here,and its my home workstation,mainly for Illustrator and some Warband and Skyrim. Any tips might be helpful. Thank you.
