Price for DSL 22x70 is about RM550k, last week developer says only left 5 residential units from 54 units, all 9 commercial units are sold out..



With few project running in Kota Warisan (Bandar Puteri Warisan), Bandar Puteri Bangi and many in Cyberjaya..do you think this project will success and will give good ROI ?

If you looked using wikimapia/google earth, the location doest seem like ex mining..if yes, maybe not the big one (judge from small lake behind tle project location)

a) MRT 2 with 2 stations at Cyberjaya to Putrajaya. (<10km to Putrajaya Central)
b) High Speed Train with 1 station at Putrajaya
c) MEX Highway to KLCC
d) Cyberjaya City Center by MRCB as per latest budget 2016
e) New Hospital in Cyberjaya
f) Shopping malls in Cyberjaya (D Pulze) or Bangi (IOI City Mall)
g) Few private universities surrounded the area
(All these benefits above, you could only enjoy if you stay near enough to Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. For me, Kota Warisan Sepang is still considered far from Cyber.)
I personally feel that this is a good combination of own stay and investment.
If anyone interested, pls PM me and we buy together for the remaining 5 units.
Note: I am not an investor nor agent, i just would like to buy for own stay and wish to get extra rebate from developer.

+ points, less than 500m from SJKC and SJKT and less than 1km from SRK/SMK..when parents what to go work at cyberjaya/KL (using mex) just can drop they children at school..
If want to send to international school, can send to cyberjaya(elc)/kota warisan or putrajaya (nexus int school)
