My 70-300mm Nikkor lens had a fall last year and the front body had a small line cracked. Auto focusing was compromised a bit and not consistent now. Sent to Nikon Center and they came out with a estimation bill of RM1100 to repair. Therefore need to see you all have any opinion on this. Whether to send for repair and consider buying a new Tamron 70-300mm. Thank you.
