anyone using bcard? ayam no points appears even after 45 days..after contacting bcard, they ask for order no, date of purchase etc... WTF i made so many puchases back then also dont remember each and everything. should i list to him?

anyone made purchase today or yesterday?
all my tracking description became this sentence only
'Your order has been successfully placed and is being verified. Thank you for purchasing from Lazada'. even previous order which has been shipped also gone only left only this. why?

then how is your account now? corrected already? this is very important because lazada sometimes tend to cancel the order so i dont know what happen to my order whether get verified or not. How the hell is this happen to me.. anyone has same problem?

For bcard user, do u get email notification when u key in ur bcard during lazada purchase? how do u know that ur bcard is working or not? like shopback u will get an email each time u use it..
