Hi.. recently bought a pineng power bank from Luxido and compared it to the other same model power bank I had, realized that Luxido Marketing is selling a fake one. Even the serial number sticker already scratched and can't read the number. Can anyone suggest what should be done? Can get refund? How do I contact seller?

look at the page where you bought. if u see buyer's protection and all, then just shoot lazada a call or email and demand refund. if it's written OEM, then it's your loss for not reading properly.
