i dont know if this help but you can work it out though...actually dont know what type of virus in your computer...but you can try this..

first open task manager (CTRL+ALT+TAB) and goto Processes tab and close any suspicious process that hav been running in the background..next goto msconfig (Start>Run type msconfig) and goto Startup tab and disable any suspicious programs

the next thing todo is to delete the copy.exe and host.exe goto Start>search and search for copy.exe and host.exe make sure to enable advanced options (search system folders, search hidden files and folders, search subfolders)

after that search for the copy.exe and host.exe in registry and delete any key referring to it...

Please be warned that I do not hold responsibles if any problem or damages occur if you try the above method...thats just a general steps involve to tackle virus problems...

hope this helps...

Disable autorun for removable drives.
That'll curb the virus to spread via thumbdrives.
Delete any existing autorun.inf in your thumbdrive, you must enable to view hidden files in order to see it.

If you're using windows XP Pro, click num 1. If Home edition, click the second one.

1. http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/noautorunpro.reg <- Right click, save as.

2. http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/noautorunhome.reg <- Right click, save as.

Save it to desktop, double click it and you're done.

You disabling autorun on all drive (HDD, thumbdrive, CD/DVD). *I think* you need to reboot to make it effective after merge into registry. Sorry eXPeri3nc3 if I'm mistaken.
