i think its called alternator Whine... i had the same problem after installing my amp... but was able to eliminate after add a device at Head unit...

The noise doesnt increase as the head unit's volume increase.. it increases when my RPM increases.

there are several causes of the noise.. but most common causes are usually inproper grounding or Head Unit problem... mine was cause by head unit.

u can just go to any ICE shop.. they can do it... i went to the shop that installed my Head unit... at 1st they told me my Amp got problem.. because i DIY installed my amp.. then i ask them to check with their amp.. still got same problem.. then after they check the headunit.. add a Hi-Lo converter.. problem solve... they say my head unit RCA out got problem..

i think;-
1) u didnt do ur grounding properly, loose grounding also will create aeroplane sound.
2) or ur rca cables running parallel together with power cables
3) battery weak n faulty alternator also can lead to aeroplane sound

No worries, there r lotsa culprits which can lead to aeroplane sound, even experience installer also facing this kinda problems. If installation no problem then most probably either amp, hu or crossover.

Bro, altho ur alternator still charging n working, its doesnt mean that it wont create aeroplane sound, some install helix alternator cap to overcome it.
