 Dev change property's name after S&P, any kind soul can advice on this matter?

Developer change name of the property after signing S&P for almost 2 years. Is it legal to do that??? mad.gif

what to do?? DBKL or authorities want them to change name. Malaysia boleh mah.,,
for developer of coz they prefer to use fancy names..

Normally there is a clause in the SPA which states that the project will provisionally be known as ____ and is subject to final approval by the authorities.

it's quite common cos the local authority are the one that approves.

but after 2years signing s&p, abit weird.

Project doesn't sell well on the earlier name? smile.gif
