It's an exhibition on education in the UK.
Many representatives from UK universities/colleges will be there to answer any questions you may have.
You can look around their brochures, sign up for newsletter, etc.
There are even questionnaire from the British Council itself and they give you gifts for completing it. Almost like a lucky draw, too, when you pick for the gifts.
Sometimes, there are even talks on scholarships, or some targeted for specific courses such as ACCA, Art, etc.
For these, you have to watch out for more info/updates.
