Uninstall IDM on current pc/ laptop first, then activate serial number of IDM on new pc/ laptop. Only one serial number for one pc/ laptop.

after the 3 years free update, how much will the update subscription cost?

After 3 years of free updates, you still can use your current version of IDM. If IDM enforce the policy, you can not get free update of IDM after 3 years but you still can use the IDM for lifetime.
If you want latest version of IDM after 3 years, you have to purchase a new serial number.
How much for a new purchase, depend on authorized reseller of IDM, if you want purchase from IDM vendor for the renew license, you need get the answer from the vendor.

Sorry I have question how to become to authorised resseler idm ?

Send email to IDM and ask for the authority to sell IDM.

Combo sale means selling Internet Download Manager and Dr. Web Security Space at special price.

Every time we reboot the pc, we need to insert a new activation key and do the same steps. i hope there is a better way to permanently apply the serial keys and no need to re-input it again after rebooting the pc

May I know what activation key you refer to? Internet Download Manager serial number?
If yes, this is very strange for me, why keeping reboot pc and activate serial number for IDM for every time pc reboot. Only one time activate your serial number and no need to activate your serial number again unless you format your pc or transfer your serial number of IDM to another pc.
Please let me know after reading this.

For my understanding, you might install third party software for your pc such as rollback rx, deep freeze or some software like that, if so, you have to disable this kind of software before activating your serial number. If possible, uninstall your third party software first, then activate your serial number of IDM. After that, reinstall your third party software, then you no need activate your serial number for every time reboot your pc.
