First time bought from gem5 last month, item came quite fast within a week. This time it's taking a bit longer. Not sure if it's because of new year etc. I made my order last Wednesday then yesterday pm their fb. The reply was that most likely next week only will ship. Oh well but their prices and codes like happy30 really nice

I face this situation before and my item still hasn't arrived yet. Bought speakers on 24th Dec. Emailed them before new year. CS only replied me 2 days ago. They said the item is otw now and gave me tracking number. Still waiting

Well, sure-reach really messed up today They delivered wrong item to me. It seems that they mix up the tracking number and they sent me a phillips bar speaker which was supposed to be sent to Johor. I'm in Kota bharu.
So the delivery guy told me to take the item first and they'll contact me once they trace where my original item is. Supposed to be an LG Speaker. This really sucks as I've been waiting for like 3 weeks already when the delivery time was stated to be 3-5 days.
