u know what, i received a call from 11street saying that the item i purchase already sold out or other reason & asked me to cancel my order.

I ask why should i cancel & why cannot fulfill my order & they won't tell me thus repeatedly ask me to cancel my order.

frustrated with them, i cancel my order & this is the last for me to buy thing from them.

this is too much already for them to close your dupe account and ignore the refund. it's not that you got the stuff for free, even if you take advantage of the discount voucher...you still need to pay for the purchase.

don't let them take advantage of you in this situation...file up your case with Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia!

they are not afraid because in the terms and conditions already mentioned cannot use dupe account to take advantage of the discounts. even worse, later you will have to pay back compensation for breaking the rule. lol
