Hisense is the second largest TV brand in China, close behind Samsung. They just bought out Sharp North America and South America TV business. It may not be as good as Samsung, but no where cap palang lah. They have lots of money to invest into R&D (or in other words buying technologies from anyone willing to sell it) and they have lots of manufacturing plants too. If you worry about their warranty, i don't think they're going to bankrupt anytime soon. After all, it is a China state-owned enterprise.
