Was planning on buying this game, then I heard about the monthly Premium crap.
Turned me off big time. It's no WoW, so it shouldn't have such a pricing scheme?

Guild Wars gives free updates too, and they only charge you once for the game. As for the expansions, well I guess you have to buy them. Server fees are a lame way of justifying monthly costs.

The premium subscription crap is another downside. Don't want to pay monthly fees for an instanced (lol) game? Then enjoy not getting any additional content or updates.
Another potential purchase turned to pirating.
At least I still have TF2. Hurr

Would be cool if you could do that. It would also be assholish of them to avoid doing that. So people who didn't pay for certain times will miss out on content forever?

DX10 and DX9 look almost the same.
High and Medium have a HUGE graphical difference. And Low is just abysmal. It looks like Quake 2.

I like how this game runs like complete ass at times (lol, jerkiness for no apparent reason) and looks like a 5 year old game complete with craptacular textures with everything set to MEDIUM.
This same PC can run TF2 with everything at high with no problems.
Horrible optimization? You be the judge.

If you have the Sparrow version, you can update, and play it as well. Patch 0 fixes a lot of things, and makes the game run a lot better. About how to do it, figure it out yourself, it's not hard

20SGD a month seems pretty damn steep. 10 SGD would be more reasonable IMO.
Also, HGL randomly locks up for me, only way to get out is a hard reset :/
