i manage to get 1 at kesas station, the one located at same row with petron, petronas and proton coe. u can go there and give it a try

i got it this morning. that fellow said the stock is quite limited so go go go before it's too late it's actually a rest station so if ur car doesnt have room for fuel, u may get a coffee and sit there to scout for receipt (yes, i did that ) btw, that station can be quite useful if u still havent got a full collection i will leave it here for u to find out when u get there
