Hi Seniors and Others

I'm new here! Just graduated from UTAR too (on 2015)   
Had started working in Singapore a few months, still try getting use to Singapore lifestyle.
Haiz... Monday blue.. But I had nothing to do at this moment... Thinking of changing job but I know is not easy to get a job here 

Maybe anyone who's working in HR in SG can shed some light on what they are looking for when they are hiring foreigners for HR positions. That would be much appreciated so that I can work on improving myself to be more marketable in SG job market.
