That could be one of the reason as mentioned by madmoz. Your profile doesn't match your transaction (Since u mentioned that u performed transaction on behalf of your company). One other reason is that it could be that your balance is low most of the time(As mentioned by u earlier), which they think maintaining ur account cost more money to them, so they try to minimize their account holders. Anyway, all these are assumptions only.
An opinion from HR perspective, almost yes. One year is including training, annual leaves, public holidays etc, so first half of the year is covering training and learning from others, and second half of the year u start to perform and still learning at technical/functional/product knowledge.

If you are young, fresh from college plus 1 year work, generally company still consider fresh. Have to train up a lot

But if you are early thirties with only 1 year relevant experience, then chances to land a job is higher. These are matured workers, with good problem solving, self-reliant
