An opinion from HR perspective, almost yes. One year is including training, annual leaves, public holidays etc, so first half of the year is covering training and learning from others, and second half of the year u start to perform and still learning at technical/functional/product knowledge.

You mean site like linkedin and monster? Or those agent on FB sg job group? Newspaper vacancy normally low pay and SPM can liao. Any other suggestion? I running out of idea liao.
