Just wondering, anyone here get blacklisted by MOM before and unable to come in Singapore to work? Any other chances to appeal? If employer really wants to hire you.

Currently I am in Singapore. I came in with white card to go MOM to give statement. But then they withheld my passport and don't let me out. Say that I need to stay in SG to further assist on investigation. Is it possible for them to hold tourist's passport?
