Frankly, 2 years operations is a very unattractive profile to find work here. I presume you are at best a senior officer / senior exec? Throw a stone in SG and you will hit 100 Singaporeans/PR's who can easily do what you are capable of doing. It's not impossible to get hired, but majority of banks won't bother using their foreigner quota on junior ops roles.
