How hard it is for a diploma holder vs degree holder (malaysian uni) to find a job in Singapore?

Long story short, I am a year 3 degree student (accounting) in KL. Due to bad results and has failed many accounting papers and I will graduate late (around 2019) so I am thinking whether I should quit and work with my diploma cert in Singapore or pass all my papers (in 2019) so that I can apply job using degree cert. My plan is to work in Singapore either after I graduate degree or even if I quit my degree halfway now. I might or might not do accounting job because I don't like it, but most probably will enter into finance/marketing/HR etc..

I am 23 years old this year and have no working experience
