other than accom and transport, other aspect should be better than Msia.

if 30 years ago maybe yes for landed with 5k salary

last time my direct boss bought hdb landed 300k plus , a steal for now which worth millions

car still ok with 5k

downpayment i heard is 50% .

with that amount, save bullet for used hdb later on

If we extrapolate a bit and make some assumptions, it wouldn't be too inaccurate to say you need to be in the top 10% household income on the entire island to live in a 2,000 sqft condo.

If you are confident enough to be able to come here and compete with the millions of locals and foreigners and come up in the top 10% then by all means come and plant your flag
