Arrangements can be made , in such cases usually will need to pay initial Hospitalization fee in SG and Ambulance transfer (if serious) .

Rest of medical to be done in Malaysia , then claim MY insurance .

Not all can cover both side mar .. especially SG side if company don't have (comprehensive one) then not PR ( No Medisave ) .

In fact I have faith in Malaysian Doctors , most of private (some Gov) Doctors in Malaysia seriously not bad (get referral doctors don't simply bang ) , Malaysian Docs also graduate from all over the World ( UK , US , AUS , SG - are the common ones practicing in Malaysia ) , specialist needless to say mostly overseas. ( Just avoid Doctors from Indonesia & Russia - lower recognition , but there are good ones too )

Actually I am promoting to my SG friend to seek treatment in Malaysia if they find SG too expensive , just pick those Medisave accredited -> you won't get wrong , then Insurance from SG also can claim ! Super Win .

3M if u take loan means have to upfront 600k and a monthly installment of abt 8k for 35 years. So lets say uuse 40c of ur income to pyur combined monthly income is 20k.

You'll be surprised at how bad the market is now. I'm in the financial sector and some of the portfolios I'm privy to are barely hitting 2% annualised returns. Circa 1 mil portfolios and managed by reputable investment advisors from SG.

Most say it's so bad that we've hit rock bottom though, and are optimistically hoping for a revival.
