NCSX is also a good alternative (http://www.ncsx.com). They ship everywhere in the world IIRC, but they ship from New York City. So...the courier fees won't be so pleasant on your wallet if you want to use courier shipping.

But Play-Asia in itself is good enough. I don't know why they cancelled your orders though.

I usually buy from NCSX although expensive (ok, only two games so far over 2 years). Not yet try YesAsia and other sites. As for order getting cancelled, got try e-mailing their helpdesk to see what is wrong?
