YTL is selling the last units at RM 830k for 1200++SF ... As with the large windows, the units are really bright and spacious. They also provide BOFI kitchen cabinets and wardrobe, nice compressed marble flooring too.

Great value for own stay, the environment and finishing do look expensive. The common areas and corridors are well ID, nice wood paneling and vertical fins.

Mid floor, but there are many to choose from. The dual-key units face KLCC, and those with KLCC view is really awesome.

YTL has done up a show unit for the dual key at Fennel itself, you can make an appointment to have a look. The studio unit is gorgeous - with a Togo sofa by Ligne Roset to boot, seems like Ligne Roset always kawan-kawan with YTL, maybe YTL owns the distributorship? lol

Unfortunately, with 900++ units and in this market environment, everyone has to come down from their high horses. From the list held by the SA, I peeked there are still many available. It's great opportunity for own-stayers.

Only saw the rendering on the SA's iPad. BOFI's kitchen cabinets are of good quality, despite not being the real Italian brand. I would estimate the kitchen and wardrobe provided for the 1200sf could cost Rm20-35k.

Yes, I was pleasantly surprised with the package. All 3 beds have en-suite bathrooms - which is quite rare.

The common areas are very well done, and when you look up, you see the architecture of the building which is really sexy. I even quite like the temple in front - this place is full of character, and why not?!

I have to add - wardrobe for master only. Aircond to all rooms - 5 units.

Forget to add, the cabinetry by Bofi is only for those facing inwards So dual key units won't get them

I beg to differ on Bofi being the same quality with Signature. I have seen both and you can compare it straight up. Just tap their cabinet doors and you can test the density. Bofi's solid AF.

Aiya, don't talk about Boffi @ RM690psf development at Fennel la - not even Pavilion Damansara heights @ Rm1750psf is giving BOFFI or poggenpohl.

Bottom line is, Bofi's entry level cabinets is already solid. They insist on 25mm thickness doors - though I'm not sure about Contract projects. That's why I think they more premium.
