YTL sent out mails to promote the easy installment for downpayment and with credit card too. Time is bad. It is for next phase Fennel. Dont think they dare to up the price from previous phase.

With one iconic building it looks amazing. But with many similar buildings there make it like a mess.

DPC sells cheaper than previous phases , all bbb. YTL did the same on Fennel..no one hiew smile.gif. It tells all.

agree. Sentul is really good location but too old to revitalise...a lot of eeforts are needed. YTL famous for slow slow n YTL land does not seems like their core engine/biz...so man man lai. Without YTL, sentul ll be worst, need to give some credits to them though. Sentul badly needs MRT..so lets wait for MRT 2 and time being better dont play high end n high absolute price game in Sentul...also sentul baru side no mrt2, over densed developments also no no too. Rica is about right for investment purpose..affordable, close to city, mrt, jln ipoh, biz central, old money etc. Pana too but terlalu expensive.

How to sell when developer is now giving lower than launching price and additional carpark! Die. The offering include KLCC view units. When up there to view the units. Anyway, passed...this area, better play lower end segment as the price of 700-1mil prop sure cannot fetch good rental as the support rental level is not here.

Ytl is targeting onwstay buyers to clear their stocks. For them could be good buy as they ll stay their for maybe 5-10yrs at least. If investors jump in now and thought they collected dead chicken, pls think twice as rental n cap appreciate does not sit at their side
