Wah first time seeing YTL so cold.

Actually there is another factor which contribute to the slow sale.

The layout of the condos itself. Caper owners will know what I mean....

You are right. Seriously, 550psf is a god damn steal for that property of that stature and location. That's why I was wondering, what went wrong this time for YTL? Maybe the layout isn't very desirable. ( too long) instead of squarish layout. Hey what different strokes for different folks.

Too bad I have bought a condo early in May, otherwise I would started camping in from of Star Hill that night.

Nothing concrete on the mall plans. Everything is just rumors at present. There's already a lake park in Sentul West but it's for Maple residents only. But if YTL has plans to develop that piece of KTM land into a commercial area then like is said, the value of their condos will go up further.

Judging by the slow sales of fennel's last block, I think YTL will have second thoughts of developing it.
