well... sometimes we cant judge someone based on just a few benchmarks... there are also alot of rich investors wanna squeeze as much as possible from bank too... as long as its in line with their financial and investment planning...

just that rich ppl looking at value buy are different from middle income buyers' value buy.... they may look at 800k to 1m prop and ppl like me just wan something below 500k laugh.gif laugh.gif

getting the cheapest money from bank might not be a bad thing too... for other properties that priced like funnel and offering higher rebates... can we assume they are they are same category of buyers...? haha

Iconic buidlings usually cost more to build, hence need to sell higher price where people usually cnat afford to buy in sentul

Think mahsing uoa akisama type of mass buildings more suit sentul

Ytl took a gamble. Bought the land cheap and hope to revive the entire sentul w their vision.

Unfortunately great vision sometimes work, sometimes doesnt
