some will choose to rent i suppose. rental is low at the moment, can pay less to stay. But when i passby it seems still a lot of units are not occupied.

Of all YTL's Sentul East developments, the Fennel is closest to Sentul Boulevard. Public Bank, DBKL, KK Mart, 99 Speedmart is practically across the street from Fennel's second entrance. Easily walkable and further down there's multiple banks, fast food restaurants, coffee shops, retail etc. Hence, you don't have to wait for businesses to move in like most new mixed developments.

Close to LRT, but not as close as the Capers. Anyway, I see people walking back every night from LRT to Tamarind and Saffron, which are even further from LRT.

As with most developers, YTL's workmanship needs improvement but at least they have way better style than most condos in the same/higher price range at Damansara, Mont Kiara, TTDI etc.

Maintenance at YTL developments has always been decent. Look at the Maple that's more than 10 years old. Even Saffron got repainted not long ago.

Rental will improve as some units are rented at 3.5k+ and there will always be owners that rent out at lowball prices because of their low entry prices. Probably the overnight campers from the first Fennel launch.
Haha, yes KLCC view but the noise is just too loud for me, when I went to visit. My unit is on Block D high floor and I can tell the difference in noise levels.

Have a question for anyone who bought units at Block C from developer, dual key units? Is it true you had to take the offer of around RM950k (S&P) but actual sell price was 770k? Or was it a choice to take the 950k?

That bad experience to heard. When they done everything, make sure all utilities bill and water bill are settle off. What they use is change to the developer. You can claim that although small amount. I have seen the case that owner bring their own contractor and at the same time bring this case to the tribunal. The case is successful and all the repair costs charge to the developer for the water leakage part . But that try your luck if the water leakage come again but you have to spend your time travel to tribunal and find good contractor.

As far I knew 2 ways to solve water leakage. One method is hack all the tiles and put water proof for the above unit . That costly.

Another is cheapest method. Inject the glue to the wall and seal the water lines or repair the water resistant areas . Temporary solve but will come back again.

How many acres undevelop land left here? MK Desapark detached plot selling up to 700psf now, here worth how much?

Call me a skeptic, but even the developer is selling their own units for BELOW launch prices years ago - if that is not a sign the maker of its own product doesn't value their own product, I don't know what is.

Only the blinded here will just keep denying and denying the facts right in front of them. I mean what else can they do, they're already vested in this hilariously overpriced project.
