Developer could package cash back, rebate, discount, etc to reduce actual down payment.

rich and strong holding power has nothing to do with sale tactics....its more about value buy.

unless and until you yourself are rich and have strong holding power, you wont know how they think.

The only really meaningful & stringently judge ones are from Fiabci, Arcasia & PAM

You dont see YTL developing or having new projects to transform Sentul anymore.

I believe Capers and Fennel is the last premium project by YTL in Sentul

I need some advice from sifus after reading most of the post here.
I am planning to purchase an unit for my own stay, giving the studio to my mom.
Should I:
a) Dual Key Type G1, 1690sq.ft selling at 1.285mil nett after discount. KLCC view.
b) Wangsa 9, 2336 sq.ft, selling at 1.5 mill nett after discount. KLCC view.

Boss I'm not agent la. I onli approached by agent nia. Tis price can hav plenty of options liao. Dun just look at the facade design.

not sure about aircond grilles, but yes to light fixtures and water heater pre installed by YTL.
Talked a bit about some of the owners wanting to let go of the their unit but cannot match the price thrown by the developer now on the developer's unit with freebies and extra parking.
Walked around a bit, i like the stuff they did to Fennel, better entrance than Capers.
