After searching internet for awhile seem like this brand(if not wrong seagull is made in Shanghai) is a clone from the Minolta brand. As for the body build quality I think if it not made from plastic it should be uses for long time if taken care. For picture quality I think it would depend more on the lens itself but not the camera body since this old camera use film. For the price I think you can take the Minolta brand slr as a reference . Cheer

Hey thanks! I am very much interested to find out about this camera, i've never use any old slr. Use physical film, too!
Based on my reseach, the same factory was producing Minolta camera and lenses, thus explains the similarity of the outlook. And i found out it start producing in 1969, but i dunno mine was from which year.

Anyway i came across a library of an enthusiast of old camera, and he has a library of photos taken from this camera. Pretty good and nice quality, i love the old look it has.
Actually i found this camera kept in a storageroom. After much checking, the lense is still intact, no fungus or spec of dust inside. So i'm very much interested to play with it soon!
