Any CIMBClicks user here that is able to manage multiple savings accounts under the same ID? I have been a long time CIMBClicks user and have recently created a new savings account, however I was not able to perform transactions from the new account despite being able to view its transaction history. I have emailed its customer service and the polite solution that I got is to create a new ID for the new account, which makes no sense to me. Why would the same individual need to have multiple ID to manage different accounts. It's not like it's a joint account with another person. Funny thing is, the new account was created under the existing ID, and now I gotta create a new ID for its transactions?

When you want to do transaction via account A, you have to login using ID for account A. Same goes for account B. No logging in to account A using login ID for account B. And you can't change your login ID after that too.

From the replies, I'm accepting the flaw with the CIMBClicks system. Will other online banking platform have similar issues? Any Maybank2u, Hongleong connect or other bank online system users can comment on this?

Hong leong bank experience.
1 common ID to house all your acc from
1. Saving (conventional and Islamic) 2. Current 3. Company acc (if sole prop)
1 phone to receive all TAC.
Good user interface experience..
Having 2 ID and 2 password is really zzzz
