i received a notification indicating my post had been reported

but when i clicked on the report button of the said post it seems like it had not been reported because im still able to report that post

usually when a post had been reported and we clicked the report button a prompt saying this post had been reported together with the report id will came out

what does this mean?

i assumed that the post has been reviewed by a moderator am i right?
