Previous job was tough because work 7 days/week once have project kick started. Basic only 2k but alot of allowance for petrol and tol and abit of OT pay. Maximum only about RM3k plus abit at the end of the day. Decided to swift to current company.

I will stay at your current company with 8.5/month..

Most importantly have work life balance and times to explore own idea.. 

I have 2 years working experience, and I am getting above 5k..

First jump is 33%, 2nd jump is 40%

I believe my programming skill is above average, I used to develop project alone and on Full Stack.

And I got help from headhunter, he actually help me nego my salary to the top I can get, by telling the employer there are other offer higher than their's offered to me.
But those offered are true, but I din't know about the pay other company offered to me, as the headhunter is the middleman

Hi. Just want to check. If jump company, the salary increment is only basic salary only or basic salary+fixed allowance.

Eg.

Current basic is 1k. Got offer for 1.5k plus 100 for mobile and 100 for fuel.

So, the increment is 1k vs 1.5k(50%) OR 1k vs 1.7k(70%)??
