Am I underpaid? I plan to move within this year as I really feel that my boss not going to promote me after I work with them so many years..
I stay in this comfort zone too long until I found many new joiner positions are higher than me (means salary also higher than me)..
Feel de-motivated after compare with others.. So stupid i am with this position and salary after i compare with my friends as well...
