I have been working for 20 years now and still stucked in the same position as an exec. No chance to be a manager since there is lot of manager around me and my AGM, GM sucks as hell.

My salary stucked for 3 years already, (gaji mati) and my company only gave me & my 3 friends a compensation around RM4K for last year. The 1st time the gave us who got (gaji mati).

I tried to apply for the manager post & my GM told me, he will put me under job rotation. But until now, no news and i think my GM forgot already.

So sad. 20 years working and some of my junior got AGM post d and some of them GM.

Pity.

Looking forward to work in NZ in the near future. No luck for me here.

Basically IT company
i worked as a designer in my early years working for the company, then change to service management, making reports and send to vendors, vendors send invoice, arrange the payment for them.
Making reports, arrange payments seemed challenging because got issues and i can learn a lot from there.

Designers no future because 2 of my friends already gaji mati, same like me, designer.
