Wahh so many rich people here. My current salary is just 2.2 after 1 year into this company. Been looking for other jobs but with useless degree (science) no one gonna hire me. And with my company facing trouble due to cheap steel prices I can say bye2 to bonus and increment. But location is not kl and there's home provided to employee so I don't need to pay toll and rent.

I'm thinking of taking SAP cert. How much and duration of the study? Is there pre-requisite requirements?

Bro getting sap cert doesn't mean u will get sap job

Indeed a role model for youngsters. But 7 companies in 3 years, didn't those company question?
*
Yes they do question alot. But I have nothing to lose, as long as you deliver then it isn't an issue.

I stayed in my first company for 2 years and 4 months...I wanted to stay for more time but i left the job for some reason (personal). The company was fantastic and i loved my job...anyway..life changes, situation changes, then we need to think differently...

I think if anyone feels secured with his of her position in a office then he or she should stay, of course only if she or he is satisfied with work and facilities.

Remember one thing...left the job before the job left you.

Job Title : project engineer
Job Description : manage construction project
Years spent in company : 3y 2months
Company : subcon sdn bhd
Industry : construction
Employment Level : Senior Exec
Experience before joining : 1y 4months in manufacturing
Highest paper qualification/ education background : bach degree
Salary : RM3.1k + 650 allowance
Bonus : 3.5months
Location : KL

So difficult to jump ship bcos this company is specialist + monopoly, means no competitor. My exp not related to other trade, so if change company need to start from zero, except project management skill. But work quite flexible and relax. Increment not good, if i stay, bad for career development. Should I seek for other job and lowered my expected salary?
*
Hardly find any company in Malaysia to beat 3.5month bonus.

But 5years experience for less than 4k is a no no for me, I prefer higher salary > bonus..... if got both nice la brows.gif
