Job Desciption : Drafting causepapers (court docs and pleadings), drafting opinions for clients, managing retail (recovery) files all the way to execution proceedings, researching the law and drafting submissions (for contentious litigation matters), liaising with solicitors, court staff and clients on a day to day basis, compiling and preparing all bundles, vetting through documents in preparation for trial, serve documents (runner work), bag picker

Paralegals are very under appreciated in Malaysia and hence, I realise that I have to venture into other fields in order to make ends meet. I am doing my CLP part time and I worked through my law school.

Any ideas of what type of work that a LLB holder may do outside of the legal profession?
