Job Title : Small potato software engineer
Job Description : Develop software is my scope of work, but I work outside of my scope as well including advising PM and stuff and include support.
Years spent in company : 2 year
Company : MNC
Industry : Banking / Identity
Tenure : 2 years
Employment Level : Somewhere in between junior and senior
Experience before joining : Official experience with the skill is 2 years. 1 year was working with some other proprietary framework.
Highest paper qualification/ education background : Bachelor Degree
salary : RM 10,000
Location: KL

Work in this company for more than 2 years, increment very slow. Somemore start from this year annual leave have to decrease as my boss suddenly say want to follow labour law with AL 8 days. To both,

I have to say one thing about my job, I have to choose to be the bad guy within the team to do things right. In the IT world, practically in employment world, there will always be "Do the right things" and "Do things right".

My team doesn't like me, but my end user / product owner loves me. So everyday I'm in work is a struggle because everyone in the team will sabo you.
