Most of the work today is still on premise eg. high transactional/large datasets but many have moved to cloud native eg. ERP or email. The former will likely go to hybrid eventually.

this is interesting topic. i have a question:

i am earning RM7k+ in malaysia. i own 2 cheap house 1 car and have nice food every weekend, sometime buy some gadget for myself, can bring my gf go outside and can spend my parents dinner.

some 1 offered me SGD 5k to be based in Singapore. is 5k SGD enough to live the same life as in Malaysia? i have no problem taking public transport in SG. and i can rent a house in SG.. hows the food cost, living cost, mobile phone bill, and etc etc.. what i need to look at?
