Hi all, need some advice from all of you. I am working as a IT Programmer

Currently I have about 4 years working experience and my current salary is about 5k.

I just joined a new company recently for few months but the job description is different than what I was told during interview. So far I got few job offers.

So my question here is that how much % of increment should I ask? Is 20% reasonable?
