Its quite low & i’m thinking to quit. Looking for another job now after 6 yrs here.starting with rm2800 then increase to rm 3250 then rm 3500 and now rm4000. They freeze bonus and increment since 2014 as they said oil & gas market is not good. But they have money for not needed office renovation. Stupid management.

I fight for my promotion last time then get increment to rm4000. I think i’m late to switch to another field because I already have solid experience in process engineering. But kenot pay bills using experience la, need money. We got a goal in our life. Want to buy house and car and house. I seeking for another job now. Maybe considering auditor or sap.
