Basically I started working 4 years ago at around RM3k , made a wrong mistake and hopped to a company that didnt increment much. Now stuck at RM3.4k. I know it's bad, and I need to move a bit more. Now the big problem is I'm not 26. I'm a university flunkie who managed to scrape a degree together and am now a decade older than most of my peers. Is there anyway out of this ?
