I was jobless for short period until getting this job. The salary during probation period was RM1200. I accepted the job as I was still fresh graduate and wanted to stopped being unemployed while earning experience first.

Working hour weekdays 8-5, Saturday 1/2 day. Can claim OT. Benefits are still acceptable.

Few days ago I received confirmation and got increment by RM300 (because my supervisor wrote RM300 increment and submitted the report to the boss).

I think that I am underpaid and feels demotivated, after working so hard at this company (I am the only person who's doing the labworks and most of the documentation).

I feel like dropping an email to my boss (he's at subsidiary company and hardly able to see him) to negotiate the salary. Is it okay for me to do so?
Is there anyone who knows the average salary range for QC Executive?
